Order Shipping & Tracking

Please note that we insure all orders placed online. Upon processing, tracking for your shipment will be sent to the email provided in your order. If you have misplaced the tracking or have failed to receive a notification, please email online@theladyandthesailor.com

  • Please allow 24 hours to process and ship all orders placed online during business hours. Orders placed on Saturdays & Sundays will be shipped the following Monday.
  • With the “In-Store Pick Up” option, your order will be available for pick up at our boutique in The Courtyard on Canon in Beverly Hills. We will send an email confirmation with the exact date and time of pick up availability. Please note we have a 7 day holding policy for in-store pick up. Should you have any delays or problems picking up your items, please contact us at the Canon location.

 

We want to make sure you love your purchase:

  • All merchandise for return must be in original condition with tags still attached.  Merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed. We reserve the right to refuse returns not within standards. All sale items are Final Sale. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

How do I return my item?

  • All returns must be authorized by the lady & the sailor
  • Please send an Return Authorization request within 7 days of delivery date to online@theladyandthesailor.com
  • Please include order number, name, as well as what item you will be returning and reason for return.
  • Upon receiving and approving your return request, you will receive an email with your Return Authorization (RA) number, along with a prepaid FedEx return label. Should you choose to use the provided label, an $8 shipping and processing fee will be deducted from your return total. If you prefer to use your own expedited shipping method, no fees will apply.
  • All returns must be received within 10 days of issuing the Return Authorization number. We reserve the right to refuse any unauthorized returns.
  • Once we have received your return, in its original condition, we will process the refund to the original form of payment within 5 business days. Please note your bank may take a few days to process the transaction.
  • Please be sure to fill out the Returns Form provided in your shipment and include within your returning package. The information needed is available on the shipment confirmation email sent to you, as well as on the invoice included with your original order.
  • Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery date.
  • All returns sent back without an approved RA will be refused.

How do I exchange my item?

  • Please send an RA request within 7 days of delivery date to online@theladyandthesailor.com
  • Please include order number, name as well as what item you will be exchanging and what item you would like in exchange.
  • Once approved you will receive an RA number.  RA number must be marked visibly on outside of package.
  • Exchanges must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery date.
  • Shipping address for exchanges will be provided with RA.
  • We will send out your exchange within 3-5 business days for in stock goods.
