Order Shipping & Tracking

Please note that we insure all orders placed online. Upon processing, tracking for your shipment will be sent to the email provided in your order. If you have misplaced the tracking or have failed to receive a notification, please email info@theladyandthesailor.com

 

We want to make sure you love your purchase:

  • All merchandise for return must be in original condition with tags still attached.  Merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed. We reserve the right to refuse returns not within standards. All sale items are Final Sale. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

How do I return my item?

  • All returns must be authorized by the lady & the sailor
  • Please send an Return Authorization request within 7 days of delivery date to info@theladyandthesailor.com
  • Please include order number, name, as well as what item you will be returning and reason for return.
  • Once approved you will receive an RA number.  RA number must be marked visibly on outside of package.
  • Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery date.
  • All returns sent back without an approved RA will be refused.
  • Shipping address for returns will be provided with RA.
  • Once we have received your return, in its original condition, we will process the refund in the original form of payment within 5 business days. Please note your bank may take a few days to process the transaction.

 

How do I exchange my item?

  • Please send an RA request within 7 days of delivery date to info@theladyandthesailor.com
  • Please include order number, name as well as what item you will be exchanging and what item you would like in exchange.
  • Once approved you will receive an RA number.  RA number must be marked visibly on outside of package.
  • Exchanges must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery date.
  • All exchanges sent back without an approved RA will be refused.
  • Shipping address for exchanges will be provided with RA.
  • We will send out your exchange within 3-5 business days for in stock goods.
